BERNARD BLOCK is a mixed-use project, featuring our BERTRAM TOWER, a 34 level residential condo tower, sharing a 5 level podium with THE BLOCK, a 17-storey angular office tower. This project has over 257 units and 460 parking stalls in downtown Kelowna BC. This project was designed in collaboration with RICHARD HENRY ARCHITECT, and the nature of this region has played an important role in the concept of this project design. Indigenous cultures used the land and the materials found in this area to survive and thrive, and the design and numerous architecture details and features of this project are a nod to that concept and history. The BLOCK is the first office building in Kelowna, and an award-winning landmark.
