1818 ALBERNI is a 21-storey tower anchored on a 3-storey forty-foot-high podium, in Vancouver’s West End neighbourhood. 1818 ALBERNI has 54 large luxury residential units in the tower and 24 social housing units in the podium, with 3900SF of commercial retail space at street level. This mixed-use project was designed as an array of “boxes” oriented in different directions, departing from the common vertical box of concrete and glass, and each box captures the treasured views of the North Shore, Stanley Park and the Lions Gate Bridge, and the Downtown core.
