SPRING is a mixed-use project in AUSTIN, TEXAS, consisting of a tall 42-storey high-rise point tower, and retail units on the street level. With 248 units and 790 parking stalls, SPRING is the winner of the Austin Business Journal Real Estate Award for Best Multifamily Project in Austin, as well as the TEXO Distinguished Project Award for Multifamily All Amounts Merit. RAFII was the Design Architect, working in cooperation with Houston-based firm, MORRIS ARCHITECTS.
