THE MONDRIAN is a mixed-use complex with 2 high-rise residential towers of 21 and 30 storeys, townhomes, and the Vancouver Contemporary Art Gallery (owned by the City of Vancouver). The MONDRIAN project has 138 units and 237 stalls. The townhouses are in two tiers. The lower two-storey townhomes are on street level facing RIchards Street, and the upper townhomes are above them, facing a vast rooftop garden flanked by the two towers.
