HUDSON WALK ONE is a 16-storey mixed-use rental tower with a commercial ground floor situated at the Hudson District, at the north end of downtown Victoria BC. HW1 has 170 units and 210 parking stalls, and is the first of a few projects RAFII designed for TOWNLINE’s Hudson District neighbourhood in Victoria.
HUDSON WALK TWO is a 16-storey mixed-use residential rental tower with townhomes and 500m2 of commercial space in a 2-storey podium. HW2 has 106 units and 122 parking stalls. Residents of these two rental complexes enjoy a fully-equipped gym and lounge, a beautifully landscaped courtyard with children’s play area, outdoor seating and dog run. The design of both buildings reflects the historical background of the neighbourhood with the brick and classical architectural features, that also compliment the other modern features of the buildings.
