WESTWOOD VILLAGE is a multi-tower mixed-use project, designed with urban sophistication and with a village charm, in downtown Coquitlam. ALTAMONTE was the first residential tower, at 31-storeys and 165 homes. CLAREMONT was the second residential tower at 22-storeys, with 125 homes. EDGEMONT was the third residential tower at 28-storeys and 153 units. This mixed-use village project also incorporates a Civic center, live-work and retail units at ground level, all in a village-like atmosphere, and the project won the City of Coquitlam Accessibility Award in 2009.
