ERA is a mixed-use commercial and residential tower in Victoria, BC. RAFII worked on this project in collaboration with Vancouver architect RICHARD HENRY. ERA is 15-storeys with 157 units and 104 parking stalls, and includes a heritage restoration and preservation of an original facade of a building built on the site from early last century. ERA was named the ‘Best of Vancouver Island’ at the UDI Awards for Excellence awards ceremony in 2016, and was considered a “neighbourhood changer.”
